The Block/Unblock feature gives advisors more control over client interactions!While this feature is here to help manage challenging connections, we encourage you to use it thoughtfully. Blocking too many clients can limit your client base, and potentially impact your earnings. We recommend using blocking as a last resort when other resolution efforts have failed.When choosing not to move forward with a reading, it’s important to communicate with kindness, professionalism, and respect. The message should come from a place of care — honoring the client’s intention in reaching out, while gently expressing that you’re not the right fit for them at this time.
Please consider the long-term effects before blocking, and feel free to reach out to the support team if you're unsure how to handle a difficult situation.
✅ Blocking a Customer
- You can now block a specific customer from the “My Activity” screen via their customer card (3-dot menu) in the advisor app and in the Advisor Suite.
- Once blocked:
- The customer cannot book live/offline/Holistic services with you.
- Your message field will be locked on their side, and vice versa.
- You cannot message them or send coupons.
- The system will ask you to confirm and select a reason for blocking.
- No manual approval is needed, blocking takes effect immediately.
- Your profile remains visible, but they won’t be able to order from you.
🔓 Unblocking a Customer
- You can easily unblock a customer from the same menu on their card.
- All interactions will resume as normal once unblocked.
📋 Manage Blocked Clients in the Advisor Suite
- A new ‘Blocked Clients’ section will appear in your Advisor Suite left navigation bar.
- This list includes relevant client details (Name, ID, DOB, etc.) and offers a quick Unblock option.
