Can I block a user from ordering with me?

We do not have the functionality to block certain clients from ordering with certain advisors. It is not possible for you to block a user.

If you have had a bad experience with a client, please write into support and include details such as the client's username, and why you'd prefer to decline further readings. We will look into your claims, and respond accordingly.
