Advisor Eligibility for Live Features

To give you the opportunity to become familiar and comfortable with our platform, you'll need to be an approved advisor for a minimum of 2 weeks and fulfill a minimum of 30 orders to become eligible for live chat, voice, and video readings. 

Advisors who are not adhering to the video requirements, or who have violated the Terms of Use and/or the Advisor Terms and Conditions in any way may be required to fulfill more orders and become more experienced before receiving these features. 

There will be no exceptions to these requirements. We will contact you when you are eligible. Please contact support with any further questions.
