Do I have to deliver a video to my clients? Can’t I just message them their reading in the Comments section?

Yes. You do need to deliver a video. Since Purple Ocean is a video app, customers expect to get a reading on video. The ‘Comments’ section is for exactly that - comments. It is not designed to be a vehicle to deliver a reading, but a way to further communicate or clarify points to your client.
