Can I block a client from ordering with me again?

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to block certain users. If there is a user with whom you are having difficulty, please contact support. Be sure to include the client's username and why you wish to stop serving this user. If the reasons are sufficient, we will offer some options on how to proceed.
