How do I handle questions about the Corona Virus?

If a client is asking about the Corona Virus,* please inform them that it is against the Terms of Use for them to ask about and for you to provide medical advice, and ask them for questions on a different topic. We also prohibit predictions involving the time frame of the pandemic, how many will be affected, etc. If a client persists, refer them to support. 

Please be sensitive to your clients at this time, and refrain from saying things that could be construed as taking advantage of their insecurities. This matter has people feeling vulnerable and scared, and very unsure. Support and empathy can be offered, of course, but we must uphold the integrity of Purple Ocean/Garden by not providing information or predictions better left to the professionals in the medical and research industries.
