What do I do if my client didn't give me their name and date of birth like I asked?

Advisors can see the Date Of Birth and gender of a client by clicking on “View profile” in the client order screen. You should be able to figure out their zodiac sign by looking at their date of birth, if you require that as well.

If they don't give you their name, and you fear you are going to be late in delivering their order...do your reading without it and let them know in the reading that you would have been able to connect better if they have provided their name like you asked for in your instructions.
