-Part of the unique nature of the Purple Ocean platform is the personal level that advisors can be on with their clients. Still, it is expected that advisors be properly attired when delivering their videos to clients. That means no revealing clothing.

-Professionalism should always be at the forefront of an advisor’s character. Advisors should maintain a professional relationship with their clients at all times. Remember, clients think of advisors and the Purple Ocean app as one in the same. Talking down about the app to your clients also reflects very poorly upon you as an advisor. -Foul language, racist remarks or other forms of abuse will not be tolerated. -Advisors must be respectful of clients' time. Clients take a great deal of care to choose YOU as their advisor. They feel their questions are important. Please treat them as they are important and get to them as soon as possible. -No selling services outside of Purple Ocean. This is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate termination.

-You will not offer services that guarantee the direct altering of the future, including, but not limited to, spells or spell removal. -Create a pleasant visual atmosphere for your clients, as they are paying for the entire experiences, not just to have their questions answered. Background noise, flickering fans and televisions make for a stressful experience rather than a positive one. Make sure your video is clear of these things when you film and deliver one to your client. -No intimidating, manipulating or using scare tactics with clients or fellow advisors will be tolerated. -Providing contact details outside of Purple Ocean (websites, sharing emails, profiles on other sites, etc.) is against our guidelines and will result in immediate termination of your account. -No sharing of client information with anyone, especially not other psychics. Privacy should be respected at all times. -Purple Ocean has a zero tolerance policy regarding fraud in any form.
