The Purples pays advisors through PayPal and Payoneer, depending on where you are located. These are our only payout methods. There’s a 3 day clearance period for all revenues generated, as well as a $35 minimum withdrawal sum. 

When looking at your revenues screen, it will give approximations on when a payment will clear. If it says ~1 day that includes a range of anything from approximately 1 hour to 47 hours, as those are all in the range of approximately 1 day. Then anything 48 hours to 71 hours will say ~2 days, and so on. These numbers are approximations, not exact times.

If you are eligible to make a withdrawal, you can do so by going to the Revenues screen, then tap on the "Withdraw" button.

The minimum withdrawal amount is $35, and we also have a maximum amount. Anytime you accumulate $600 or more in your withdraw-able account, our system will trigger an automatic withdrawal. 

Payout Methods and Fees
We currently offer the following payout methods, based on your location:

US-based advisors
Starting on 25.8.2025, US-based advisors can withdraw their earnings only via PayPal.

A 2% fee is applied to each withdrawal, capped at $1 per transaction.

Fees are deducted from the payout when the withdrawal is processed.

Non US-based advisors
Flexible, automated and on-demand payouts are available through Payoneer—with a fee of $1 per withdrawal. This replaces the standard transaction fees typically charged by Payoneer for similar withdrawals.

(Important: This transaction fee only applies to withdrawals sent directly to a Payoneer account. If you choose other options, such as a card or bank account, Payoneer’s standard fees may apply.)

PayPal offers the same flexible withdrawals for a fee of 2% per withdrawal, with a cap of  $20 for that transaction. 

Fees are deducted from the payout when the withdrawal is processed.

When you submit for a withdrawal, you are sent an email confirmation stating it can take 1-3 business days for your funds to reach your PayPal or Payoneer account. Sometimes the payment shows up immediately, but sometimes it can take a few days.

Will the Purples send me a copy of my earnings, a 1099, or a W-2 for tax purposes?

The Purples do not provide this to you. Since we pay through Paypal/Payoneer, they do. Tax laws are constantly changing and updated, you can get the most up to date information from PayPal by clicking right here and Payoneer by clicking right here.

Can you provide us with statements of our earnings? 

No, we cannot send this to you. You can view your statements in the app and in the Advisor Suite, in the Revenues section. 

What exactly do I earn?

Advisors earn 36% of the order total. For live readings, advisors can view our internal knowledge base on full breakdowns.
