Advisors on Purple Ocean operate as independent contractors and may not have set schedules. However, you can choose to receive a notification when your favorite advisor(s) become(s) available.
 
To enable this feature in the mobile app, simply visit the advisor’s profile and tap the toggle switch beneath their photo. Please note, this option is only visible when the advisor is currently marked as “busy” or “offline.”
 
Keep in mind that this setting will notify you the next time your advisor becomes available, but it will need to be re-enabled each time if you wish to continue receiving updates. It will also need to be re-enabled if your advisor hasn't come online in more than 3 days.
